Statistical process monitoring methods help ensure the manufacturing process is within expected operating conditions. Companies spend millions of dollars on expensive equipment to be able to track the process over time, yet most do not take full advantage of the message this data is conveying. We apply classical as well as state-of-the-art probability and statistical methods to create appropriate quality control charts and capability metrics. We are also experts in measurement systems analysis, commonly referred to as gauge repeatability & reproducibility.
